The audit
When you contact HNordic about a hotel property, the first conversation is about the property itself -- size, location, current energy systems, occupancy pattern, and what you are trying to achieve. That conversation takes 30--45 minutes and tells both parties whether an audit is the right next step.
If it is, HNordic will propose an audit scope and fee based on the property size. The audit covers two to three site visits, data analysis, and a written report with a costed improvement roadmap. Fees start at €15,000 for properties between 5,000 and 8,000 m².
If the project proceeds to installation and maintenance, the audit fee is credited in full against the first year of the maintenance contract.
